Liberty Chair Works
Liberty Chair Works is the furniture workshop of a sole craftsman and focuses on the reproduction of American Windsor chairs and eighteenth century casework — chests, desks and tables. Founded in Chester County outside of Philadelphia, Liberty Chair Works' endeavors to showcase the unique details of the regional styles created during this period — the late eighteenth to early nineteenth centuries — utilizing traditional tools and methods and to create handcrafted furniture that will become a treasured family heirloom.

The logotype is a reference to the United States Declaration of Independence, the hand written document composed and penned in Philadelphia during the same period that it was also the center of development of the American Windsor chair. The container encompassing the logotype features the wood grain pattern of tiger maple, embodying the exquisite craftsmanship and materials vital for the construction of the finest furniture.
